I'm just a deaf poet that revels in the silence of my poem. A star gazer staring at infinite nothingness, scattered between stars, many light years away. In many ways, I'm a star. Not that I'm dead. Nor did I earn my rights to end up a star in the afterlife. When I gaze at a star, I gaze into its past. Because, physics. And as I look at me, I'm gazing into the past, that made me. Much like the star, I am light years away from me, a distant past. I'm a star, light years away. I'm a star, with years to live, but not enough light. I'm a star. And the nothingness in between. Seek me not, I'm light years away. You'd peek into my past, but not what it made me. #lightyears #stars Writing after 3 months. Thanks for those who stuck around and poked me to write.
