Sounds at night Quarter after ten at night Cars and motorbikes go by Engines revving, gas ignites Just find the brakes and apply The e-bikes passing are popular But charge your battery well You may only go a kilometer Without any power to propel A scream down the street Some guys partying I believe They aren't being too discreet I bet the music is pretty neat A jet flying up in the air The rumble of rockets blare The sound subsides up there As it speeds past to its affair The night is very eerie now Noises come from the dark That's my cue to finish this poem Before a coyote leaves his mark ©Schizology Sounds at night #Sounds #Night #poem✍🧡🧡💛

// Emptiness sounds like// Emptiness sounds like a phooljadi crackling in a lawn that has been sprinkled clean, now that everyone has left for home for a week, my matron even offers an anaar, she feels sorry for me. Emptiness sounds like the clash of cutlery, and my spoon and fork are the only ones who are having a conversation, you know? Emptiness sounds like my own voice, ringing in my head as if I've been talking to myself inside a cave. Emptiness sounds like doors shutting, and loud noises of someone's chest wanting to split into two. (not mine) As a consequence of knowing this poem sounds no good, knowing that I have heard lots of emptinesses. I'm just very tired to think of them all, you know? Oh yes! in the midst of golden rice fields; twilight, rain pouring down the water spout; me, drinking coffee; in a hammock. listening to sounds, surrounding me--young people, converging down the sidewalk, chatting; Mama, cooking dinner--chicken, i think. sounds. sounds, all around me; speaking of life--of snippets of living things, immortalized in static remembrance. the evidence of us being one; us, being parts of a mighty whole; living in obscurity and vulgar corroboration of existence. we are all but points that make the complete puzzle of God's love; thereby, tailgating the very fact of brotherhood and humanity. life. living. existence. description. analysis. thoughts. #life #existence #God #sounds #yqbaba
