How can we deny the history that how Bapu agreed on half swaraj, how he supported Khilafat movement, how the Ahimsawadi decided that Indian soldiers must fight for British in WW2. how he agreed on a partition of this country? how he ignored Bhagat Singh giving silly excuses that he chose the path of violence. पतंग उठा कर ऊंचाई पे,इंसान ने आसमां पे भी सरहद डाल दी, मैंने परेशान पंछियों को अब वतन ढूंढते देखा है, इस डाल पर बैठें,या उस डाल पे बैठें, इस बात के फैसलों पर, पंछियों की पंछियों से जात पूछते देखा है हवाएं हुई इसकी,तो तूफान हुए उसके, इस बटवारे में बेकसूर पंछियों की उडान को झूझते देखा है, घोंसलें कई टूटे,टूटकर जमींन पे छूटे, जंगल में दंगे एसे भडके, मैंनें मोर को भी पत्तों के पीछे छुपते देखा है, पतंग तभी क्या कटी,माँझा खुद उलझा गिर के, फिर मैंने आसमां में उडानों को झूमते देखा है ।। On birthday of legend,this is my tribute to our hero.
