Tonight--this very night-- Alright, maybe today; I'll knit you a poem, Or mayhap, a tale; Of love everlasting-- Something, meant, To brand your soul. Yet, I'm quite ineloquent, When it boils down, To convincing your mind; About the many reasons, To trust my foibles, once again. Now, I'm back, to temporizing The relevance, Of my relentless wish. Are you worth my endeavor? Or, more pointedly, am I? Perchance, I'd rather not. For, you are, merely, a craving; An idea, too whimsical, To even pursue. Thus, you remain, A throbbing hunger-- Real, solely, in dreams. When love, only, happens, in dreams. #lovewish #yqbaba
