I thought it was a problem For bleeding every month... Obviously,if we are bearing Severe period cramps... It is definitely a problem for us But, it is also truth that no one Can stop this...it is a completely Natural biological process... Then why these taboos are Still here in 21st century??? We should be proud of it I mean continuosly bearing pain For hours isn't easy man... And we have the power of giving New life to world...then why These taboos...?? Sometimes I think while having cramps Is my uterus playing basketball there?? Jumping jumping??? No seriously Bearing such pain is a simple 'Near death experience'. Can't it just stay calm and let us live BUT,'Periods are natural and they are A matter of pride, not shame.' PERIODS ARE NATURAL AND THEY ARE A MATTER OF PRIDE,NOT SHAME.
