Close to home, There's a small store . Mr Smith sells all that the neighborhood asks for. It was raining one fine day, I ran to take shelter in the store's gateway. I saw uncle Smith crying over phone, I reached to him and asked what's wrong. He held my arms and cried out , Oh his beloved son was shot dead in the war lay out. What pain and illness was in his eyes , I hardly could keep my vision clear for the dreadful sight. He used to brag all time about his brave soldier son, He used to keep potrait of him hung in the shop like a blooming sun. Few months have passed , And I haven't seen the shop open since then. Close to home, there was a shop which Mr Smith used to own like a den. Collab and write a poem titled #closetohome in today's #poemtime. #YourQuoteAndMine Collaborating with YourQuote Baba War results only in destruction and agony with nothing positive to provide to the people.
