Scratch the 'o' word I prefer the term over analys

Scratch the 'o' word I prefer the term over analysing more than overthinking.
Why over analysing?
The first thing I would like to tell you is that when you use the word overthinking. You attach the word with your emotions, that's why it affects you even more when you realise you are overthinking some thing.
But if you use the word over analysing. You would cut your emotional ties with the 'o' word and you probably would feel less heavier on the inside.
When you use the word over analysing you might feel like you did an activity. Let me explain why. So when we were young, at some point we all must have felt attracted (interested) towards detectives. Cause they wore such hideous outfits and used to be so secretive. That was so cool isn't it?
But that wasn't the only reason why you found them interesting. It was because they solved cases by observing, thinking and analysing. When you were younger you knew thinking and analysing is considered to be an activity. So why not think of it as one now? Why not use the term analysing and over analysing which will make you feel like you were doing something and not 'o' word that drains you out.
Whenever someone asks me, 'Do you overthink?' I say 'No, I over analyse things.'
Now say it with me, 'I overthink things', you feel that burden right, the burden you shouldn't be even carrying, the burden that's not meant for you, the burden that no one including you deserves to carry, the burden that you can choose to let go off.
