So today's novel is "The Boy who Loved" by Durjoy Datta.

It is a story written in a journal format, about a 16 year old boy, who had a very traumatic incident in his life few years back, and now is living with the guilt of it, just counting down the day till he dies. Then he meets a girl, who is quite similar to him, and has physical and psychological scars with her, and they become friends over their mutual pain and sadness. Eventually, he bacame the boy who wants to live and love, from the boy who was counting down his days alive. But it is not often, that the one we love will be the one who stays...
Read this novel and share your views on it, and below are mine.

The way of writing is exceptionally good in this novel, and each word written somehow makes you relate what you may have undergone in your teen years. The story runs at a good pace, but seems a bit outdated as it depicts an era 22 years back from now (1999). The suspense is also good, it keeps you enthusiastic to read next page. I would recommend this to anyone who can relate to the era and the teenage phase mentioned in this novel.
